 BIOGRAPHY:

Eric Fallabel has worked in military flight test for 15 years, and currently serves as the Navy’s Assistant Program Executive Officer for Test and Evaluation of Strike Weapons. Eric has spent most of his career in rotary wing T&E, working on the V-22 Osprey and the CH-53K King Stallion. Eric began his career as a Flying Qualities/Controls engineer at Boeing and later moved to work for NAVAIR as a flight test engineer. Eric was a tester on the V-22 program throughout the follow-on envelope expansion and development program in support of initial deployments of the aircraft. On CH-53K, Eric was the Flying Qualities Test Lead and later the Air Vehicle Team Lead, bringing the aircraft through ground test, first flight of all seven test aircraft, and through most of the developmental testing in support of Initial Operational T&E. He later worked in the H-53 program office as its Chief Developmental Tester.
